Spanning the first weekend of August, the 20th annual Up & Over Trail Run Weekend challenges runners with a demanding 10K Trail Run course on Saturday, August 2nd. On Sunday runners can take on the newest event, the VerticAL’s VertK, sure to become a classic. Saturday’s Up & Over 10K is notoriously challenging with many runners returning year-after-year to beat their PBs. On Sunday is the VerticAL’s Vert-K, a daunting vertical 1K up TAOS’s Al’s Run, and the Up & Dn Kid’s 1k.
