THU, July 23, 4pm
1995 | Animation/Comedy | Directed by Kevin Lima, Starring Bill Farmer & Jason Marsden | G | 1h 18m
A beloved animated coming-of-age road-trip film. It follows teenage Max Goof, who makes a preposterous promise to a girl he has a crush on, Roxanne. Panic ensues when his well-meaning, klutzy dad, Goofy, abruptly drags him on a chaotic cross-country fishing trip to bond.
“The movie is exhilarating, with rich visual inventiveness, splashy colors and movement that is lively without being frantic.” – Betsy Sherman, The Boston Globe
“Even tweens will enjoy this road trip with Goofy.” – Nell Minow, Common Sense Media
