About this event
Dr. Alberto Villoldo popularized the term “Homo Luminous” to describe humanity’s evolutionary step after Homo Sapiens. In a 2024 webinar (two hours per day for three days, 6,000 people attending), he said “I have been in contact with the shamans in the Amazon, and if you ask them how old Humanity is, they will say ‘two weeks’.” What does it mean to be Homo Luminous?
Mike Three Bears Andrews moved to Taos in 1997 to pursue art full-time after a career in the corporate world. He has a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering, and a certificate to teach science in secondary school. He has been doing ceremonies since he experienced an aspect of the Divine (called a theophany, like a “burning bush” but not that) in 1990, which was life changing. He considers himself a mystic since he wants the direct experience of the Divine rather than through another person.
