 lass to connect more deeply with the whole self\, re-inhabiting our expres
 sive physical form through use of imagery\, story\, drawing/writing\, prop
 -based exploration\, partner/group dynamics and freeform dance. Inspired b
 y dance\, qigong\, meditation\, Butoh\, and other somatic practices\, we l
 ight up our creative pathways to live more in our authentic self\, showing
  up in a way that reflects one's genuine self without holding back or conf
 orming. Valuable for everyone\, this practice is also beneficial to artist
 s\, dancers\, actors\, musicians\, as creative movement encourages flow to
  one's creative process and enhances creative impulses. Open to all people
