About this event
A 5Rhythms® lightly guided class offered by Kevin Clayton mentored by Alessandro Moruzzi, Vehllia Tranne, and Karen Chapman.
Emerging waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training. In this 5Rhythms class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts, giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher in Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.
LOCATION: TaoSatva
DATES and TIMES: Sunday August 23rd, 10am-12pm. This months class will be followed by an optional light potluck on the back patio! Bring a snack or non-alcoholic drink to share and build community on and off the dance floor.
PRICE: $20. No one turned away for paying what they can.
