Our first solo exhibit of the season brings the Mediterranean crashing through magpie’s red Dutch door. Tizia O’Connor first exhibited this series of Sea Scrolls in Taos at the Barreis Gallery in 2023. It is an honor to show this new body of work and to see this magical series evolve and continue.
Tizia and her husband Paul have long been an integral part of our community, whether making art, building, or running their Ayurvedic retreat center. Now they live on Crete most of the year and you can nearly taste the sea air when viewing her works on silk and rag paper.
