You’re invited to lay down and release with Aubrey & Jack on Sunday 10/18 from 7-8:30 pm. Located at the Mountain Heart Collective! 

Reflective insight on the first quarter moon

Slow down and reset with simple breath work, meditation, and grounding. Followed by relaxing sound bowls, steel drum sounds, and other instruments. Please arrive on time to get set up and comfortables doors close at 7:05 pm
