Northern New Mexico’s food traditions take center stage at the Local Food Fiesta—a free, family-friendly celebration of the farmers, ranchers, and food entrepreneurs keeping Taos County’s food economy thriving.
Eat: Free BBQ lunch featuring brisket and pork from Andy Martinez and Nick Benavides, horno bread by Tiana Suazo & family, calabacitas from Velarde Farm, beans, and prune pie by Wendy Medina. Bring cash for green chile roasted on-site from Rio Lucero Farms and goodies from other vendors.
Tour the kitchen: Meet Culinary Incubator participants Roma Pantry, Memaw’s Bagels & More, and Star Mountain Kitchen, plus kitchen client En Taos—sample and buy their products.
Celebrate: Honor the 2026 Regenerative Ranching Mentorship graduates.
Play: Live music, cornhole, seed planting, coloring, and a petting farm from La Paysanne Farms.
