This immersive workshop explores mindful process-based movement practices with Nadine Lollino, artistic director of local performance collective, MovementLab. Offering a deep-dive into this generative process, a framework is created from which what you discover can emerge through curiosity and experimentation instead of from choreography. Our goal is to reinhabit our expressive self through the use of creative movement, sensory imagination, memory, emotions, drawing/writing, and natural elements. No previous experience needed.
