Three-Class Series in Qigong at Joy Yoga in Arroyo Seco. Tuesdays in October: 6th/13th/20th from 10:30-12pm. Learn fundamentals and Take a Set Home. Best benefit: Come to all 3!$20/per class. All proceeds go to Seco Live and Joy Yoga. Facilitated by Sophia Sacks, certified Qigong instructor under Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming, and Yang’s Martial Arts Association.
