About this event
The Chris Dracup Trio returns to The Alley Cantina with an evening of soulful blues, masterful guitar work, and original songs. A 2024 New Mexico Music Hall of Fame inductee, Dracup is celebrated for his expressive electric and acoustic playing, including his signature delta blues slide guitar style. His latest double album, The Funk of the West, showcases the same fearless musical curiosity that has defined his career, blending blues, funk, rock, and roots influences into a sound that’s unmistakably his own.
