Weaving New Life in the Time of Unraveling

About this event

Rose Gordon will speak. So much is changing, being deconstructed, even destroyed. YET, even as the very fabric of our personal and collective lives may seem to be unraveling, we have an opportunity and response-ability to identity and pick up the threads that are ours to weave into a fabric that can sustain life.

Rose was Director and faculty member for the Being with Dying Project at Upaya Zen Center. As a Buddhist Chaplin she’s served in End of Life, Restorative Justice and other chaplaincy roles. She officiates weddings, memorials and blessings of homes and businesses, and also offers retreats and private end of life and grief support. Rose co-produced the award-winning film Bon: Mustang to Menri. Her article, “Grief and the Depth of Your Love” was published in Minding Nature.
